The Story So Far...
In 2001 “Cinchy.me” was an idea that brought together 2 brothers living on different sides of the world. One worked in recruitment for the Australian construction industry and the other worked in IT product management and AI implementation.
Our Story
With a combined commercial experience spanning 50 years, and in particular 10+ years in recruitment for the Australian construction industry, the Healy brothers set up Will-Cro Technology to solve two key challenges facing recruitment in the Australian construction industry.
1. Candidates did not have a digital environment to store and share their trade certifications.
2. Recruiting businesses spent significant time collecting and collating trade certifications and qualifications for each new applicant for open positions.
In short, recruiting for a highly compliance-led industry was frustrating for both the candidate and recruiting business alike, so “Cinchy.me” was born.
